The day starts at Paco Ciao the way it should, with great coffee, music already playing and a kitchen that is awake. While the city slowly comes to life and the station around the corner gets busier, you take a seat in our bright conservatory right in the center of Leiden.
For pancakes, Turkish eggs and poached eggs with avocado. Breakfast at Paco is relaxed, cozy and without rush. You come for a coffee and stay for the atmosphere. Before you know it, there is another dish on the table. Maybe even a mimosa, because with brunch that is allowed.
