  • How can I cancel my reservation?

    Canceling is super easy via the confirmation email you received after your online reservation. One click and you’re done.

  • How can I change the time or date of my reservation?

    You can also arrange this via the same confirmation email. Just open your email, make the change, and you’re done. PS: Check your spam folder.

Menu

  • Do you have a menu available online?

    We work with an all-day breakfast menu, a lunch menu, and a dinner menu that changes regularly. We also have specials. Come over and try!

  • Which restaurants in Leiden have the best cocktails?

    Paco Ciao has a cocktail menu full of signature cocktails and classic mixed drinks. Go for a Mama Margharita, a Miss Piggy, or, if the evening gets long, a good Espresso Martini. Trust us, you will find your favorite.

  • I forgot something at your place, what should I do?

    Did you lose something? Just stop by. For lost and found items, it’s best to check directly with the location itself.

  • Are there high chairs available?

    Yes, we’ve got you covered. High chairs are available.

  • Do you have gift vouchers?

    No, but just bring the lucky one along with you in person. Much nicer, right?

    We are open all year round.

  • Where can I park in Leiden?

    In Leiden you can park in several places, but for a visit to Paco Ciao we recommend Lammermarkt Parking Garage. Nearby, spacious and easy.

    By bike? Park it at the station or in a bike rack along the street.

    By public transport? From Leiden Central Station it is a 3-minute walk to Paco Ciao.

  • Do you also sell furniture?

    Yes! We have our own furniture line. You can find our furniture and goods in our furniture warehouse in Lisse. You can make an appointment via Ibiza Outdoor, open year-round. Here you will find lounge furniture, lighting, decor, dining items and more. Click here for more information.

  • Where can I have a good breakfast or brunch in Leiden?
